Ibam Memil Town (입암메밀타운)

This makguksu (buckwheat noodles) restaurant boasts a history of over 40 years. The buckwheat for the noodles is sourced from nearby farms, and their makguksu is meticulously prepared using 25 different ingredients and sauces. Additionally, their suyuk (boiled pork slices) is made exclusively with female pigs, known for their more tender flesh.
